Since day 1, owner Marco Serrano has been involved in the community. He’s an Elk River resident and as such, he has been involved locally for over 14 years–and not just feeding them, but coaching youth sports, sponsoring teams, and more. From coaching to cooking, Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ has been a dream in the making and the team knew that if they wanted to build everything they were hoping for, they needed the people who had inspired them throughout their lives.


From the booths to the tables to the guts of the building (quite literally-the HVAC system), every detail of Chow Grill has been handcrafted by friends and family. Chow Grill wouldn’t have been possible without these incredible and talented people:
