THE VISION BEHIND CHOW
Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ was created by Marco Serrano, head catering chef and owner of Serrano Brothers Catering, 5 years ago with the mission to create multi-cultural, fresh, from-scratch dishes made from local, natural ingredients.
He found that over time, people were ready for a culinary change and thus the idea for Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ was born.
Our mission is just as true today as it was in the beginning: to bring new flavors and dishes, each derived from locally sourced, fresh, and natural ingredients.
Our elevated culinary menu offers dishes ranging from BBQ and fresh pasta to locally farmed beef and old-world, wood-fired pizza with a casual, fine-dining twist.
We look forward to your visit and serving you amazing new flavors, and at the same time, supporting our community.

Our main inspiration is to craft dishes for you made from local, fresh, and natural ingredients. When it comes down to it, our meals are created so you encounter the most authentic and flavorful dining experience possible.
While the majority of our ingredients are sourced within 20 miles of Chow Grill, we also import some of our more exotic menu items to give Elk River a multicultural flare. Our chefs have relationships around the globe to ensure our dishes are made with only the highest quality ingredients.
